Phenomenal Vision

Renovation

Ashley has not only managed the renovation of my fixer upper for six months, she transformed my home into a beautiful, cozy, sought after estate.  She made sure that the original 19th century look and feel was highlighted with matching wainscoting, crown molding and original wood work in combination with a modern, contemporary, state of the art feel.  I ended up not having to hire an architect and was able to deal with contractor challenges, due to Ashley's support.  Ashley picked out all paint colors, tile, lighting, appliances and designed the kitchen and bathrooms.  The value of my fixer upper home has doubled according to the appraiser.  Her attention to detail and finishing touches made the sale of my home fast and smooth.  Thanks again for saving me thousands of dollars while providing me peace of mind.  (See Beach View Winthrop Cottage in Gallery)
